My goal is to lose fat and tone up. I know I will lose some weight, too, but this is not as important as inch/fat loss.
I don't diet - I try to eat as healthy as I can, so my body is nourished properly. I exercise at least 3 times a week and love strength training. I do some cardio, too, but it depends on how I feel physically and emotionally.
My tiny weight loss goals:
Goal 1 - 128lbs
Goal 2 - 126lbs
Goal 3 - 124lbs
Goal 4 - 122lbs
Goal 5 - 120lbs
Goal 6 - 118lbs
I don't really want to be less than 116lbs, but will decide later. My dream is to look like Marisa Miller, I really love her figure. I also adore Miranda Kerr and Natalia V., so I use their photos as well as some other models I find inspiring as my motivation.
